Privacy policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026.
Short version: this website doesn't track you. It has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts and no contact form. Unlike our wristband, it doesn't listen to anything you say.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Benoit Garcia, publisher of this site on behalf of the company being incorporated. Contact: benoit.garcia@gmail.com.
What this site collects
- Cookies and trackers: none. Nothing is stored in your browser, so there is no cookie banner.
- Analytics: none. We don't measure audiences or build profiles.
- The demo: it runs entirely in your browser. What you type is never sent anywhere.
- Fonts and assets: all served from this site; no Google Fonts or other third-party requests.
- Emails you send us: your address and message are used only to answer you, and deleted when no longer needed.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by Scaleway SAS (8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France). The files are stored in Scaleway's Paris region and delivered through its content delivery network, which includes a web application firewall. Like any web host, Scaleway processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, dates and browser user agents, and may keep it in logs according to its own retention policy. We don't use these logs to identify or track visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
Sharing
We don't sell, rent or share personal data. The only processor involved is the host, Scaleway, acting on our behalf.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal data about you, object to its processing, or restrict it. Write to the address above. If you believe your rights aren't respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
