Voltface is run by its founder, Benoit Garcia. There is no sales team, no support centre and no chatbot: your message reaches a human, who reads it before answering, wristband or not.
Expect an answer within a few days. There is no contact form on purpose: this site has no server-side code, and it doesn't collect your data (see the privacy policy).
Good reasons to write
- Press and podcasts: happy to talk about Voltface, meetings, and why "quick questions" never are.
- Partnerships and investors: we'd love to hear from you, though our lawyers would like us to say less.
- Your data: questions or requests about privacy, including your rights under the GDPR.
- Problems with the site: broken pages, typos, or anything that looks wrong.
Not-so-good reasons to write
- Ordering a wristband: nothing is on sale yet, and no orders or payments are taken.
- Getting zapped early: please don't. Thinking before speaking works today, for free.
