> How to reach the founders of Voltface: one email address, human on the other end, and no contact form.

Voltface is run by its founders: 3 or 4, pending a vote. There is no sales team, no support centre and no chatbot: your message reaches one of them, a human who reads it before answering, wristband or not.

Expect an answer within a few days. There is no contact form on purpose: this site has no server-side code, and it doesn't collect your data (see the [privacy policy](https://www.voltface.tech/privacy/)).

## Good reasons to write

- **Press and podcasts:** happy to talk about Voltface, meetings, and why "quick questions" never are.
- **Partnerships and investors:** we'd love to hear from you, though our lawyers would like us to say less.
- **Your data:** questions or requests about privacy, including your rights under the GDPR.
- **Problems with the site:** broken pages, typos, or anything that looks wrong.

## Not-so-good reasons to write

- **Ordering a wristband:** nothing is on sale yet, and no orders or payments are taken.
- **Getting zapped early:** please don't. Thinking before speaking works today, for free.

The company behind **Voltface** doesn't exist yet: it's being incorporated. Voltface devices are not on sale.
